Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the fabric is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
